A reshipping giant in the reselling industry looking to grow discord member count and translocate the members into paying one, Dispatch AIO came to Ascension media with a firm vision in mind. As experts within the field, we became ready to make the vision come to life. We saw the potential the community had as a hub for resellers and aimed to capitalize on that to foster further growth. In fact, we already had previous contacts within the space that could apply to Dispatch for partnerships. With an established background, we set out to accomplish the following:
The good news was to begin with was that Dispatch AIO had a stellar reputation for providing excellent customer service. Even better was that our discord network consisted of many people looking to expand their ability to resell through reshipping. Therefore, our first order of action was developing an initial post to bring people within the reselling space into the discord (see below). We would be able to utilize the current Dispatch AIO community to capitalize on mutual partnerships.
Furthermore we aimed to funnel in members from the Whop Marketplace which we were able to secure approval for on behalf of Dispatch AIO. We crafted the landing page to attract resellers looking to expand the boundaries of their reselling opportunities. The end results? A tremendous growth in Whop members and revenue. Check out how the landing page ended up looking:
Discord Members Brought In: 1,092
Whop Members Brought In: 225
The results of our work with Dispatch were excellent. Bringing in over 1,000 discord joins we were also able to do something extraordinary - convert this to revenue. As of today, there is over 225 Whop members on a Dispatch plan and the number is growing everyday. Take a look at some of the screenshots below:
Once we had the discord grow to a sizable amount, we coordinated with the owner to help launch a paid subscription program that offered volume discounts on prices. In doing so, our work consisted of making all branding for the transition and organizing a Whop checkout page with all of the designated pricing and features. We decided to proceed on a tier based system to retain the maximum amount of members including standard pricing in comparison to priced tiers. Check out some of the sample branding we developed:
