# SellRaze

## Client Needs

SellRaze is a venture backed startup based out of Georgia. With the launch of their mobile app helping resellers crosslist across multiple marketplaces with just an image, SellRaze came to Ascension looking to leverage our discord network to bring users to their app. Our discord network has a large amount of online hustlers, looking to make their next dollar online. Additionally, SellRaze was able in position to disrupt the Discord marketing space by offering attractive giveaways to attract member joins. With the expertise of the Ascension Team being well established, the goal for SellRaze was set at:

## <mark style="color:green;">1,000+ Discord Joins & 500+ app downloads</mark>

## Planning

SellRaze had a broad range of ideal customer. It was simply anyone that uses popular apps like Ebay, Amazon, Mercari, and more to sell online. Given that the reselling industry was synonymous with using these marketplaces, our ideal customer was not hard to find. Even better, we were given the leeway to carry out server giveaways on behalf of SellRaze that got us partnerships with even larger servers. Once these members were within the server, they were presented with another giveaway opportunity that involved engagement with the SellRaze app. Here were the key concepts of our outreach strategy:\

1\. <mark style="color:blue;">**Offer Small Cash Giveaways To Large Servers:**</mark> Large paid resell groups are constantly using online marketplaces to take advantage of the opportunities presented with the groups. This also extended to checkout automation software where users would checkout products to resell. We utilized cash giveaways to generate tremendous traction here (see below):

2. <mark style="color:blue;">**Run Community Based Giveaways:**</mark> Sellraze users had the oppurtunity to earn Amazon gift cards by just opening the app. In fact, the giveaways were so generous that over 50% of the people that were entering the giveaways were winning at a point. This also built a lot of rapport within the community and resulted in many positive app store reviews. See below for an example of a community based giveaway:

3. <mark style="color:blue;">**Encourage Server Activity for Potential Rewards:**</mark> The point of the giveaways and community based initiatives was to create a customer base engaged with the product. As a result, it was important that people were engaging frequently and in large masses. See below where we were able to generate over 60 reacts in under 5 minutes:

## Results

**Total Discord Joins:&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**1,155**</mark>

**Total App Downloads:&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**767**</mark>

The planning and methodology resulted in <mark style="color:yellow;">**over 1,000 members**</mark> joining the discord and nearly <mark style="color:yellow;">**800 app downloads**</mark> of the SellRaze app. Additionally, although not a direct goal, we were also able to generate hundreds of server reactions for the product within the discord server.
